TekLink QC/QA Onsite Services

Richardson Electronics now offers QC/QA service for your entire fleet of medical imaging monitors. This new on-site service program is ideal for facilities without the expertise or resources to maintain the conformance and calibration of multiple medical displays.

Service Details

Our TekLink® Support personnel will visit your facilities and perform a complete QC/QA testing and maintenance program, including:

• Testing and reporting to AAPM TG18 plug-ins provided by the display manufacturer
• Internet-based web reports that can be viewed at a secured website from any computer
• Workstation and display cleaning
• Calibration software updates
• Free annual calibration of external light meters*
• DICOM Part 14 conformance checks
• Annual DICOM Calibration**
• Applicable Engineering Revisions

TekLink® QC/QA follows the DICOM Part 14 and AAPM TG18 guidelines to make sure your displays meet or exceed those requirements. At the conclusion of each QC/QA visit, you will receive documentation that can be presented to all safety organizations.
